The Pet Property team, and our story.
Our mission is to increase the availability of pet friendly family homes in New Zealand. Working with landlords to increase value and returns on properties through smart and sustainable development choices.
As pet owners, we understand the important social and spiritual values pets add to our families, our lives, and our communities, as well as understanding the responsibilities attached to looking after them. We know the difficulties of finding a stable and practical home with a family en-tow, and we appreciate the needs and concerns of property owners.

After experiencing the lack of long term pet and family friendly rentals in New Zealand and witnessing the agonizing pain families and pet owners go through when faced with the very real ultimatum of becoming homeless or adopting out a family member, we decided to do something about it. So we started Pet Property.

Stemming from a love of architecture and design we believe that the solution lies in good, versatile, and practical design of spaces and materials. Design that not only delivers a practical living space for families, but also increases the property value through versatility and longevity.
